Fundraise

Over the last ten years Xavier Project’s work has been made possible thanks to the hundreds of people who have committed their time and energy to raising money to support us. Our dedicated supporters have organised balls, run marathons, climbed mountains, put on bake sales, and much more to demonstrate their solidarity with refugees in East Africa. These acts of kindness and courage enable us to continue our important work.

We invite you to become part of this dedicated community by taking on your own fundraiser or challenge. Stuck for ideas? Download our fundraising pack for some inspiration.

This year we already have hosted a variety of fun events and activities that have raised important funds to support our work.

On NOVEMBER 16-17th we’ll be hosting our 3rd edition of  IRON SAVANNAH in Namanga, Kenya. We’re inviting people to join us at the foot of the Black Hills for a weekend of outdoor activities and camping below the stars. For cycling enthusiasts there will be an organised 115km cycle from Kitengela to the camp starting on Saturday morning, and for runners an early morning wild trail run   through the stunning savannah on the Sunday. Other family friendly activities will be hosted at the camp on Saturday including games, a nature walk and a scavenger hunt before an evening of good food, stargazing, bonfires and entertainment from local Massai dancers.

For a taster of the event check out the photos from last year’s edition.

Contact our team on info@xavierproject.org should you have any questions or need any support with your fundraiser.
